MP Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz Vs Father of all racism, i.e Dr. Mahathir

As my readers notice one of my main concern about Malaysia is the issue of 'racism'. I am confident that you will agree with me saying this is the cardinal political issue for Malaysia and to the world in whole.

We have been dealing with this issue for more than 60 years at Malaysian level. Where we were in the stage of refusal and denial. We deny to accept the fact that UMNO,MIC and MCA was formed based on 'pure race factor'. Although race factor was significant for Malaysian to gain its Independence but the same factor become redundant as history moves. Unfortunartly the politicians were reinforcing the 'pure race factor' to make the parties win in by elections and general election. Malaysian history evidence the fatal effects of race politic as to May 13 incidence.

Despite historical lesson Tun Abdul Razak fail to take a corrective action to remedy the issue. Mahathir finds 'Ketuana Melayu' concept where he expressly reinforce the idea of Malay racist politic. During his 22 years of legacy he manage the country using racial card where he, to some extend managed well. One of his racist programme was inculcating racism via Bero Tata Negara course or National Civics Bureau (BTN) programme.

History has its own spirits in finding truth. After more than 60 years of formation of racial political parties. After we examine the effect of racism trough the land mark incident which is May 13. After the opposition parties won 5 states criticising UMNO and BN for being racist. Now Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz allege Mahathir as 'Father of all racism'.

We must respect and acknowledge the truth. That Malaysia is ruled by racism and it is devil of all the sin committed by our politicians. So it is a time for us to look back to what was dreamed by Dato Onn bin Jaafar. Classless society and race less party..... it is time for Malaysian to abolish any race base politic... the devil(racism) is waiting for another bloody incidence to take place at Malaysia. We as the citizens of Malaysia should not allow this to happen. Abolish race based political party. We can do it.... trust me. Ari Om Namashivaya - Bersama Rakyat.

The Global Issues - Racism

Generally speaking Europe and America too have no clear idea about what is the 'ought life' for human beings? Before I come to UK I was under impression UK and Europe as well develop in 'human civilisation' counties have clear idea about 'humanity' and 'Civil society development'.

It is a kind of disappointment for me to observe this societies and governments are not that wise or humanistic as i have perceived.

Racism in every field (including in academic assessment). It is UK's policy and law to practice non discirminatory act. The government and companies of UK claim they practice impartiality, meritocracy and give priority to skills and talents. This statement is wrong in prima facie because 9 in 10 Asian and / or European people at UK would tell that the UK government and companies are practising some form of implied discrimination. The statement can be examine in employment of people in government job, private sectors, politics and social groups as well. I /We were thinking Malaysian is champion in discrimination campaign worst still UK. So the 'Known devil is better then unknown angel'.

UK as a member of European Union, the member state should not have practice discimination policy in Job sector unless for (some) Government Jobs. More so UK has sign and rectified UN Charter for Human Rights were it would not practice discrimination in any field. Beside that the National Law under Human Right Act 1998 prevent discriminatory act of the government and companies. United Kingdom as a sovereign country never ruled by any other foreign country has evidence of history form the William the conquest of England in 1066.

This country is still evolving and seeking for clear direction on issue of humanity. Recently the British National Party President Nick Griffin allege that British / Whites' hegemony need to be remain and reaffirm. For that reason he suggested racism is need to be practise at UK level(watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7_heefjGsg). This will make UK and England remain superior among other foreign people, i.e the European and Asian. So what is the difference between racism at Malaysian and Englan or UK? Nick Griffin is like other UMNO members at Malaysian politic perhaps like Khairy Jamaluddin or Hishammuddin Hussein whom championing 'racism' under the concept of 'Ketuanan Melayu' at Malaysian level.
This global issue of racism is not easily to face off or can be fade from this planet. The ruling government or parties feels this will be the best way to protect their interest and may sustain their power. The law of Dharma (nature / truth) has different agenda. Racism which remains in dark always fear of law of Dharma which throw some light to the darkness. Dharma removes ignorance, enlighten human behaviour and give strength to face the devil of racism and other political devils. Dharma can never jump from sky or reveal through any revelation but its speaks from human consciousness i. e critical thinking. Hence it is our human duty to be critical with this issues.

Peninsular vs Sabah & Sarawak

Why Peninsular Malaysian is more sensitive to their race and religions when the Sabah and Sarawakians are not?

In today NST 30.07.2009 -page 19 article by Ahmad Shafiee Yaman mentioned people of Sarawak has high tolerance, respect and understanding for others' religion, belief system and race.

I personally observed this situation at Sabah and Sarawak. Also discussed this matter with some of my friends and students from sabah and sarawak they shared the same opinion. If this statement happen to be the truth then why this is not happening at peninsular Malaysia? Why people at peninsular are more recist? refuse to accept others?

In my opinion the reason being is :

The peninsular people i.e the UMNO government feels they are dominant or superior. This idea or concept has been natured in the mind and hearth of Peninsular Malaysian. This superiorty disorder by UMNO had created problem with Malays, Chinese and Indian friends at peninsular.

So because they feel superior they have no tolerance, no respect and no impartiality in their law, policy and government approach.

Compare this with Sabah and Sarawak people. They feel no different between them..... non of them are neither superior nor inferior.

The sad part is this disorder party is going to sabah and sarawak poisoning the people of sabah and sarawak as well. The moment Mahathir open up UMNO's Branch in Sabah, people of Sabah started to faith among themselves. Today The Majis Raja-Raja or the Malay Rulers are going to have their meeting at Sarawak. What is that to do with this Malay Rulers with Sarawak?

MACC's Ethich of conduct?

As usual we doubt the government. MACC is an independent body or the body which takes an instruction from UMNO or BN government like Malaysian Police force?

Why MACC is so serious about the allegation on misuse of the state allocation for the assemblymen for Selangor? They were not so serious when allegation were made on BN members? Khir Toyo is living happily in his RM 24 Million house and many complaine had made but no proper investigation was reported on his lifestyle, indeed the Inland Revenue Department also not doing much...

Mr Teoh Bong Hock, the political alde to DAP Seri Kembangan assemblymen Ean Yong Hian Wah was found sprawled on the roof of the fifith floor of Plaza Masalam. Why this happened to him?

Mr Bong Hock was called by MACC at 5pm. Why at 5pm? and he was interrogation from 5pm to 3.45pm? He was found dead at 1.30pm on next day in which he suppose to register is wedding.

Our question is Why MACC conducted the interrogation until late morning? Was it part of their professionalism or Duty? what ever is the reason the fundamental question is we was not the prime suspect and is that ethical for the officers to interrogate until late night? objectively speaking it is unethical to do so although the duty allow them to do it.

So, MACC's unethical conduct somehow has contributed the death of Mr Teoh Bong Hock. MACC may have acted legally but they have crossed the ethical code which is supreme to law. Therefore MACC has contribute to the death of the Innocent person and they liable.

Muhyiddin Yassin's Politic - Rakyat free from racism???

He, Muhyidin Yassin just won his UMNO NO 2 post and yesterday visited Tamil School at Sungai Petani and telling to the poor and innocent Malaysian Indian Society that new UMNO will 'take care' of Malaysian Indian??? in fact "he pledges to promote equality among the races, including the distribution of the economic cake". NST March, 31 2009.

Any rational and reasonable person would not believe in what he has said. This must be a total rubbish and it is clearly shows his political gimmick to make the 30% of Indian voters to vote for BN candidate Dato.S.Ganesan and continue to make MIC dominate by Big Sanian Samy Vellu.

UMNO and MIC including MCA continue strive to reinforce the racial party concept which will never benefit Malaysian in total but the UMNO hegemony will continue prosper..... Rakyat must not get cheated by the BN.... Rakyat must be free from racism.... UMNO may promote 'equality' but you (rakyat) can never get the 'impartial equality' trust me boycott racist parties.

Khairy Ja-Malu-ddin

Mr. Malu has won UM-NO youth post and this is an important move as his father in law (the PM) will be stepping down any time next month.

Interestingly Mr.Malus was investigated by UM-NO disciplinary board for bribery and he was found not guilty but on the same charge Ali Rostam was convicted guilty. The head of disciplinary board give some kindergarten standard reasoning which can be rebutted by any standard 1 student. The Truth is Mr. Malu's movement has been predicted, he age 33 successfully used the 'proxy battle' to leaf up himself so that he could use 'malay sentiment' and continue the Malay Drama at Parliament and disregard the right of other common Malaysian ie the non-malays.

UM-NO - Changing Time

UMNO has started its general assembly yesterday 24.03.2009 and will be continue until 28.03.2009.

From what i have watched from TV, Internet and read from news paper it is clear that Najib has asked UMNO to 'change'.

The point is, what kind of change is he referring to? His speech revealed UMNO members must change from their practise - exercise or culture of bribery to clean politic. So he admits that UMNO have been heavily involved in money politic and he reason out on of the factor for UMNO or BN lost in last general election was due to this money politic.

For the younger generation 'change' means more then what Najis tried to say. Change means open the party to other race as well, change means abolish discrimination, change means give equal rights, change means Kedaulatan Rakyat and not kedaulatan melayu, change means take a journey form dark cave to enlightenment.

until umno realise the real meaning of 'change' they have no future ........

Samy Vellu is a curse for Malaysian Indian Society

Samy Vallue with his political power in MIC has won the MIC presidency post for 11th term. (22 March 2009)

Malaysian Indian have no fate on MIC as this party had seriously neglected the Indian society's welfare and their RIGHTS in Malaysia. The younger generation were thinking MIC's leadership will be replace soon after the 12th general election. However their dreams and vision were defeted by Samy Vallue and his coronies in MIC by defiting Muthupalaniappan. Look like Samy Vellu will die with MIC and MIC will die with Samy Vellu. This will be the end for MIC which was found by Malaysian Indian under the leadership of John Thivy in 1946.

MIC has no relevent to Malaysian Indians and this society has to look for new direction.

Malaysian ways of solving problem?

Malaysian has its own unique and interesting ways of solving problem.

Look at the speakers at Parliament? the way he/they solve a problem? as when the representative of Rakyat asked question? The most creative way he could think is? Ask the YB to get out from the palace of rakyat ie Parliament or suspend them.

This is what happened to YB from Puchong Gobin Singh when he asked question about to Altantuya. Goben Singh's questioned 'how can Najib the DPM can become a prime minister when he is involved in brutal murder case? out you go Gobin..... 1st class speaker.

When KL is full with flood the DBKL came out with solution, 200 million budget to overcome the problem. for them everything can be solve by money.... the tax payers money going to make some Datuk to become millionaire. interesting way of solving problem.

Charge blogger or web owners if they insult Sultan or the King? what can be the best way to solve this problem? People forget that law must be 'just to all' and not meant only to protect one particular group of people. partial law is always unjust an immoral. indeed only the weak one will rely on unjust law to protect themselves.... what a way we are solving problems?

At school if the student(s) did not do their school work.....the head master uses rotan or any other form of material to punish the student so that they can be compled? what are the intelligent way to solve problem? now the government want to use another 200 milion to discipline students.... solving problem by using money is becoming malaysia culture everything can be solve using money.

At school the teacher fail to act in creative way to exercises democracy, at court the judge failed to act in impartial, the law we have inherited are immoral laws and at Parliament the speaker has no idea how to make the YB to give is opinion in assertive or constructive manner. the whole nation has no direction and no idea how to solve a problem? hereby i am confirming Malaysian are taking serious journey towards darkness and not light.

Elizabeth Wong.... she is a victim

Elizabeth Wong case come after Datuk Seri Dr. Chua Soi Lek's (MCA Deputy President) case. In Chua's case it was a clear sex scandal ie he was involved in adultery. Whereas in Elizabeth Wong she was in nude in her private room and her boy had taken advantage on her.... if she would have married with him then the whole story would have different effect.....

The point is women at Malaysia are not safe!? It is time for them to show to this world that their private life must not be infringed. I find the women of Malaysian must send strong message to the people that women are ought to treated in dignity and respect. Women must get together and do demonstration..... let the guys be in fear..... don't expect the law and religion will protect you.... there are meant for men to dominate women... now it is the time for women to be unit and make a difference by creating positive effects in this male dominant society.
